On rare occasions, due to unforeseeable circumstances, such we when the weather is not favourable, when a double-booking occurs, or when there is insufficient attendance, an activity may get cancelled.

In this event, the activity's instructor or organizer is responsible to inform participants and process refunds for payments made.

In case the instructor or organizer did not inform the participants and/or did not process refunds, participants are encouraged to message Bloxo either through Live Chat or via email support@bloxo.co or over the phone at 1-888-843-2359.
