When an organizer or instructor adds an activity, they get an option to choose the 'type'.

The options for type for sport activities are:

Session: A more casual form of play where there may or may not be game regulations. These are usually short duration as compared to a game.

Game: This form of play would have specific rules and regulations that the players must know, and abide to, while playing.

Training: Teaching a group certain specific skills.

Scrimmage: A simulation of an actual game but less on the competitive side. A practice game essentially.

Pick-Up: This is a very casual format. There are not many regulations, and participants are not obligated to continue the entire game. Whoever comes, plays.

Practice: Practice typically may be done before a game, or as a casual play to work on certain skills as a team or a group.

The options for type for fitness activities are:

Session: A more open form of teaching which may include activities like Yoga, Zumba, Dance, etc.

Training: Teaching a group certain specific skills which may include activities like HIIT, Fitness Training, Cardio Training, etc.
